I have just found out I have won a pair of Henry Holland mock suspender tights from Tightsplease! Yay :) The packet is even signed by Henry himself!

Nights out for sure! But, if you're a real collector, don't wear them! Just cherish them. Besides, I have these myself and they rip on the first go. I guess it's not so bad for you since you didn't fork out the £12 for it but if you really don't want it to rip, then I would save it for special occasions :)

ReplyDeleteGlad you joined! It is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. As a newbie you have to be quite careful. Don't overcharge things. Think a little higher than car boots prices, but not something silly. Typically if you put a Topshop dress on Big Wardrobe then charge £25 it's probably not going to sell. Most people on Big Wardrobe want to swap so by saying "cash only" although it is an option, it may anger some people if ALL your items are "cash only". You have to earn trust from people and you do that by getting feedback, the only risk you run is other newbies trying to scam you. Swaplifters seem to be an increasing problem but a lot of us look out for each other, especially on the forums (unfortunately you have to pay the full membership to have access to all of BW services) To be fair, most people sell the cheaper side of things, I think Big Wardrobe only advertise the designer stuff to show you can grab a bargain but the majority is highstreet or lower.
