Look what I bought.. ♥

Most of you won't find this at all interesting.. but I'm going to tell you anyway! Look at my lovely new kitchen scales! :D I had a £10 voucher for Argos in my purse (God knows why) so a few days ago I popped in to see what I could spend it on before it expired. Not much caught my eye. But then I saw this in one of the sale leaflets! And just my luck.. it was in stock in the colour I wanted! :D

So here it is, my cream, retro style traditional mechanical kitchen scales. Do you like them? Don't they look pretty? I think they make my Mums kitchen look super country style.. my fav! They were reduced from £14.99 to only £9.99 and I just love them :) I used them yesterday to weigh out some ingredients for my cupcakes.

And here are the cakes I made. I didn't bother with fancy buttercream, or coloured icing this time as its only my parents that will be eating them. I used larger muffin cases this time, so the cakes are pretty big compared to the usual fairy cake sized ones I make!

 Also.. oops I did it again. The Boots advantage card machine gave me another voucher for a free concealer. Chose 2 different nail polishes :)

Now winters here, I thought I should buy myself a nice new jumper! £10 from Primark. Bargain. 

I didn't deliberatley get a matching skirt. Its the one I bought from New Look for £9 :)

Christmas is almost here! Which means extra yummy chocolates! Yummm!
