Nail Art - Pretty Pink Bows & Blooms.. ♥

I have mentioned before how I have been growing my nails lately, and I seem to have magically got over my nail biting habit! However, I'm not at all used to having long nails extending beyond my finger tips, so I have filed them down short! This is still really long to me haha. Anyway I've been wanting to experiment with various forms of nail art, and one of the easiest ways seems to be by using nail stickers. These are so easy to use, and I got these packs from Spain for approx 80p each.

I decided to go for a pretty pink girly nail art, by using Barry M Strawberry Ice Cream and some cute white bow and flower stickers. I applied 2 coats of the Barry M, and then applied the stickers, which was very easy, and then applied 2 coats of NYC Classy Glassy clear top coat.

This is my first proper nail art look, what do you think? I'm pretty proud of myself! Can you recommend any easy nail art tips?

  4. hard to see the bows in the pictures, but the flowers look super cute. I recently did a bit of a tutorial on a leopard print gradient nail art look you might be interested in if you like nail art: http://the-fashion-bandit.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/totally-tropical-nail-art.html

  6. I love this nail design! So pretty :)

Barry M Strawberry Ice Cream is a gorgeous shade, I just don't like the formula... it takes a good few coats to get it opaque!

  7. Super cute. I think for nail art keeping it simple is best and experiment using tools around the house like brushes and toothpicks to make designs :) x
