I thought I should post this as it's hot news! The March issue of ELLE magazine is on sale tomorrow and they are giving away a full size Soap & Glory mascara, worth £10, on every cover.

The Soap & Glory Thick & Fast Mascara, RRP £10, gives you the false lash look without the need for fiddly falsies and leaves lashes super shiny, flake free and super lustrous.

The magazine costs only £3.90, so don't forget to pick one up tomorrow!

Also, apparently, on page 383 there is a £2 off Soap & Glory cosmetics voucher, which can be spent at Boots if you spend over £10 in one transaction.

Naetura’s Green Cosmetics Skin/Bodycare Review.. ♥

This is a review post on a couple of Naetura’s Green Cosmetics products that I was sent to review by Wapo. Wapo is an Irish owned website, and it is the home of Naetura the Spanish Certified Organic Skin & Hair care range.

"Naetura introduces a new generation of generation of personal care products based on natural pure plant-source elements, with the highest possible content of active ingredient for an easy use and with no derivatives of animal origin nor tested on animals."

I was sent the Organic Facial Cream For Normal To Dry Skin, and the Organic Jojoba Vanilla Oil Spray to try.

The facial cream (€19.50) contains all the benefits of organic Aloe Vera, organic Sheabutter and organic Rosehip Oil in this rich formula which nourishes, protects and regenerates the skin to maintain its natural youth.  This cream, especially recommended for dry skin, is enriched and perfumed with Neroli and Sandalwood essential oils, well-known in aromatherapy for their regenerating and relaxing properties, to improve the quality of the skin and to avoid premature aging. You just apply it onto a clean skin once or twice a day. This product had an odd consistency as it was quite runny, but it was nice and moisturising and I liked the pump packaging.

The Jojoba oil spray (€20.99) is naturally perfumed with authentic Bourbon Vainilla from Madagascar. Jojoba has nourishing properties and an exceptional power to moisture the skin deeply and instantly. Because of its composition it also has an equilibrating function, improving considerably the aspect of mixed and greasy skins. To use, you spray on for an easy application,on your face or body. You can also use it on your hair as an intensive mask to tame frizziness (spray on dry hair and leave for 15mins before washing), and as an eye make up remover. It does a great job of strengthening and protecting your eyelashes too.

I like the Naetura brand because you will find no ingredients of animal origin nor tested on animals in their products.  They also donate 1% of their sales to the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, helping one of the poorest areas of India.

Pretty New Vintage Style Bedroom Goodies.. ♥

B&M have just built a big new store in my local town, so on Thursday I popped in to see what's instore. I was plesantly surprised; they had a huge store with lots of lovely goodies and all at bargain prices! Here's what I picked up :)

A gorgeous new duvet cover set. I have been after a more 'grown up' duvet cover set for a while, rather than my patchwork ones. I found this gorgeous set for only £12.99! Isn't it pretty?

I also bought myself a new lampshade as my old one was bright pink and garish! I found this pretty one with cut out flowers in a lovely neutral cream colour for only £4.99.

I couldn't resist buying this snuggley beany cushion with such a cute print on! Its super comfy and was only £3.99.

I also picked up this lovely candle set. 3 glass jars with pretty polka dots in a lovely duck egg blue colour, only £1 for the whole set! I've popped them on my window sill :)

I thought I'd also show my Dunelm hatboxes now they are in use! I got 3 big boxes for a bargainous £2.99 from Dunelm a few weeks ago. I have now put some of my beauty products in them. In the biggest one is my hair products, the medium one my skincare products, and the smaller one has all my 'everyday' products in like deodorant etc. The two biggest ones are in my wardrobe.

And I also found a use for my pink glass jar which I bought from Next for £6. I balled up my cotton wool and put them in there :)

If you have a B&M store near you then I advise you to go and check it out :) Here are some other items that I saw in stock:
Floral fluffy throw, £8.99

Pretty cushion, £5.99

Vintage Mirror, £14.99

Two embroidered bath sheets, £9.99

Have you been? What did you buy?

Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer Review.. ♥

I remember reading a wonderful review over on Holly Arabella's fantastic beauty blog just before Christmas on the Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer. Often this brand is looked upon as being low priced and stereotyped as therefore not being very good quality and suited more towards the teen market. Being an elder at 21 myself, I rarely purchase Collection 2000 products; apart from their bronzing powder which I love! So once I read Holly's glowing review on this new concealer, I thought I would give it a try too!

It claims to be an ultimate wear concealer which conceals flaws, imperfections and blemishes for up to 16 hours. It is transfer proof and water resistant for full and long lasting coverage, and provides beautiful, shine-free, blemish-free skin.

It comes in 4 shades to suit a variety of skin colours. I chose the Medium shade for my skin.  I bought this from Boots last week when it was reduced to £3.49, but the regular price is £4.19. I think this price is very reasonable and not 'too cheap' to compromise quality.

The concealer comes in a clear basic tube, so you can see the shade colour without opening it. It has a twist off lid which contains a sponge applicator wand. The consistency of the concealer is quite thick and not runny, and it goes onto the skin very smoothly which makes it very blendable. It does an excellent job of concealing dark eye circles and hiding any red patches, spots, or blemishes and imperfections. It does a lasting job - although I'm not sure on 16 hours - but it does last from morning until the early evening. It is easy to touch up on the go if necessary.

The swatch shows how opaque the formula is and creamy. Once blended it provides a natural matte base. In the photo you can even see that it has covered up a small burn patch on my middle finger knuckle very effectively! Overall I am very impressed with this product from Collection 2000 and next time I am looking to try a new beauty product it will be a brand that I will definitely consider. This concealer is a bargain and is excellent quality for the price and it does a good job of hiding those bags under my eyes!
