I had the most exciting 30 minutes on Friday. I was passing by the Cath Kidston Factory Shop in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, and decided to pop in. The Cath Kidston outlet store is only about 20 mins up the road from me, but I’d never been before, even though I’d seen it as I drove up the main road past it a few times. I couldn’t browse for as long as I wanted as I had to head off to my cupcake class, but it was amazing! Check out all this stuff I bought!
Cath Kidston Factory Shop St Neots Haul
This Regal Rose Carry All Bag was reduced from £25 to only £15! I love the print on this and it’s the perfect size for summer days out.
This little Notting Hill floral zip purse was reduced from £6 to £3! I should have bought a few different designs for gifts, but just picked up this one for myself. They had plenty of different patterns!
This floral heart shaped pocket mirror was originally £8, but I got it for only £2 as it was in the damaged section. It’s not really damaged though, just a little bit stiff to open! It looks perfect though.
I adore this heart shaped enamel keyring 🙂 It’s such a cute print! It was reduced from £6 to £3.. so pretty!
I wanted this set of beautiful tins last year, but they were £12 and I didn’t really have a use for them. But they were only £6 at the factory shop, though I still don’t have a use for them. They were also labelled as damaged because they have a tiny dent in the bottom of the large tin! It’s so tiny you can’t even notice it! Bargain. These are still £12 on the website.
This trailing floral full apron was reduced massively from £20 to only £6.50! Thats cheap for regular aprons, let alone such a pretty one! It was labelled as damaged, but I inspected it thoroughly at the shop, and I wasn’t sure what the defect was, and the staff didn’t know either. It’s in 100% perfect condition so I got a massive bargain! I look forward to wearing this at local summer fairs this year when I sell my cupcakes 🙂
I bought this lanyard because I have to wear one at work with my ID card on, and rather than my boring black one, I purchased this super pretty floral one! Reduced from £3 to £1.50, it would have been silly not to buy it!
This little cotton tote bag was something stupid like £4.50 originally (who would pay that?!). It’s quite thin and nothing special, but when I saw it priced at 50p I thought I should pop it in my basket too!
Lastly, I bought this lovely little dinosaur print bib for my baby nephew. He’s 7 months old now so is moving on from milk to food so is a mucky pup! He’s super cool in this new bib, reduced from £6 to £1.50!
Last but not least, this was actually from John Lewis, but it was still in the sale. It was a bit of a hassle to get, as I ordered it online, paid with a gift voucher, they told me it wasnt in stock, but didn’t give me my voucher back!
Then I happened to stroll through the store and it was bloody in stock! This was the last one, so I ran to the till with it, and explained I wanted to use my voucher which the took from me. They sorted it for me in the end anyway, and this cake stand was reduced from £22 to only £15 🙂 It’s beautiful and really big! It’s the spray flowers pattern, so it also goes with my 3 tier Cath Kidston cake stand. Lucky me!
So, overall, I got some amazing bargains from the Cath Kidston St Neots Factory Shop! It’s the only one in the country, and I just thought I’d point out that it’s different to the outlet shops at Bicester and Gunwharf Quays. They are literally outlet shops where end of line stock is sold with only about 30% off.
The Factory Shop, from what I could see, was almost at least 50% off everything, a lot of things more. And the shop also includes damaged products, which aren’t really damaged! They had odd bits of crockery for £1 each because they had little chips, pieces of left over fabric, wallpaper etc. I really wanted to buy a tablecloth reduced from £55 to only £15 but I resisted!!
So if you live near, or if you fancy a day trip out.. go to Cath Kidston Factory Shop St Neots!
