Big Night In: Red Velvet, Pizza, & Scented Nail Polish ♥

MoneySupermarket recently ran another fun blogger challenge, and this time we were each given £50 and asked to spend it on our ideal ‘Big Night In’. I thought long and hard about how I could do have a unique take on this challenge, but in the end I went with a typical girly night in!
I popped to Sainsburys and collected my supplies… so to start off my evening, I did a bit of lazy girl baking.  I bought a Betty Crocker red velvet cake mix and cream cheese frosting
because I love a bit of cake, but didn’t fancy the hassle of baking from scratch. I
had high hope for this.. but to be honest, it was horrible! Everyone
raves about it, but I was so disappointed.. if you like this, you
haven’t tried my proper cake!
Afterwards, I bought a nice big cheesey pizza, which I shared with my family, with added ham and mushroom. I also got the most delicious cheesy garlic pizza bread.. yum! This was washed down with Belvoir raspberry lemonade, my favourite summer time drink. After this fatty food fest, my Mum made Eaton Mess with fresh strawberries, meringue, and whipped cream, another summer favourite!
I finished off my Big Night In with a little pamper session. I had a nice hot shower using my favourite shower gel, Soap and Glory Clean On Me, and tested out my new nail polishes. From Boots, I bought two Models Own scented polishes, in apple and grape. I was quite excited to try these, but I found them not to be very smelly at all, and they took AGES to dry. Boo hoo. I settled down in front of the tele in my lovely new pyjamas and had a slice of cake and watched The Apprentice.
So that was my Big Night In!
What would your ideal evening in be?

Such a shame about the models own nail varnishes! also, a bit random but I have the same Flamingo glass as you and I use mine to store my make-up brushes!
