Not a very exciting carboot sale haul, but I felt I needed to go once more before the winter comes. I am always so happy when spring comes and the carboots start again! But here’s what I got last weekend..
These little mini’s were only 20p each! They’re not brand new I don’t think, they feel a little light, but you can see the Hugo Boss perfume is almost full, and the others are too. The Dior Pure Poison moisturiser smells so nice! And the mini size makes it perfect for travelling with. The Soap and Glory one I bought because I’ve never actually tried this product, and as a S&G fanatic (see here!) I thought I needed it in my life. And for 20p.. why wouldn’t I buy these?!
I picked up these pretty frilled edge tea plates from an old mans stall, but there was a sticker on the bottom of them saying £5 each! So I swiftly put them back down, and he asked me if I liked them, and how much would I pay for them. I said I don’t know I probably don’t need them, and he said £1 for the pair, so I quickly said yes! Not bad for 50p each, they can sit along with the rest of my massive vintage china collection! They’re in perfect condition, made in England, and the design is so pretty!
I kind of wish I hadn’t bought this dress as I don’t really like it. It was only £2 and it is Topshop and in perfect condition, but I just dislike it! The style, the print, everything!
These nail polishes were only 20p each too, and seeing as Models Own retails for £5 and Nails Inc £11 I couldn’t turn them down. The Models Own is called Pink Blush which is a rather garish bright Barbie pink, but I’ve been wearing it for the last week quite happily. The Nails Inc is called Basil Street and I look forward to trying it too! Both are over 75% full so a bargain I think!
My favourite buy of the day was probably these New Look suede shoe boots. Only because I wanted to buy these when they were instore last year but I never wanted to splash out the £25 on them, and then whenever I looked for them on eBay they were still more than I wanted to pay. So finding them at the carboot sale in my size was just perfect, and the £1 price tag suited me fine too! They’re in really good condition, although not new, they are just right for nights out in winter.
And finally, these two little hair minis were also 20p each from the same lady who had all the 20p stuff (wish I’d got more!!). The Charles Worthington Finishing Touch Polish RRP is over £5 and the John Frieda Deep Fusion RRP is £7! And I don’t think they’ve been used much at all. Look forward to trying them 🙂
