My Christmas Wishlist ♥

var noskimwords = ‘true’; I don’t want anything too extravagant for Christmas this year, but here are some lovely bits and pieces that have caught my eye recently. I’m always a fan of new lingerie, and this pretty set from Matalan is such a good deal. The bra is long line which is always a must for me, and the set is only £15! I’m also after a new fleecy pretty dressing gown, but I haven’t spied one of those yet. But for me, undies, slippers, pyjamas and dressing gowns are always much appreciated! I love to keep snug!

Which leads me onto the next item, this lovely fluffy mohair cardigan from New Look. I’ve seen these in Primark for only £12 but every one I picked up has been ripped. I don’t know if they have some kind of manufacturing fault, but they were all torn, so I think I’d prefer to buy one from New Look, despite being twice the price. I don’t usually ask for clothing for Christmas, as I either go off the idea of things too quickly or because I’m too impatient and end up buying it myself! I will try to resist buying this one and waiting until Christmas, but I’ve noticed New Look often have 25% off vouchers floating around and I find it hard to resist a bargain!

Another thing I love receiving for Christmas is, of course, perfume. What girl doesn’t love a nice bottle of perfume in her stocking? I have the original Nina Ricci Nina perfume and I love it so much, and I’d love to also have the L’Eau version, which is much fresher. I also really like the Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb perfume, but it’s so pricey, at £50+ for only 30ml. I think I probably have enough perfume really, but I like ti mix it up a bit and wear a different one depending on my mood and the time of year etc. It’s always nice to have lots of options!

I’ve got a couple of the Cath Kidston oilcloth day bags already, but one is a summery strawberry print, and the other is a red polka dot one, which clashes with my red coat. This Garden Rose print one I think is perfect for winter, as they grey background is better suited to winter, and the pink roses with a touch of red will match with my coat nicely! I’m hoping my parents will get me this one, but I think I might be a little cheeky if I also request the matching purse…

I’ve also been looking for a nice pair of over the knee black boots lately, and this pair from AX Paris seem to be everything I am looking for! I’m not sure my big calves will squeeze into them, but I’m sure I could force them in 😉 And finally, because I’m a sucker for pretty things with cute prints on, I love this cute little pottery teapot! It matches the mug Terri got me for my birthday 🙂 Emma Bridgewater teapots make such nice gifts for Christmas.

I love that bag! I've been lusting after Cath Kidston bags for years but still not taken the plunge. Maybe in the sales!

Flowerbomb is lovely but yes, very pricey. My husband bought me a bottle the other year and got conned by the sales assistant into buying Eau de Parfum which cost £90! But it lasts forever and you only need a tiny amount.
