I was recently asked to test out the new Ray-Ban face shape guide from Sunglasses Shop to see what style would suit me best. I have a pretty round face (aka chubby cheeks) so the guide suggested that the ideal frames for me would be the iconic Ray-Ban Wayfarers.  These oversized sunnies help to lengthen my face and I just love the classic style and shape! They’re definitely a summer essential and I take mine everywhere with me; festivals, holidays or just for in the car when the sun is glaring! I had laser eye surgery last year so I’m…

I recently took part in a blogger fashion challenge with George @ Asda to pick a dress using their techy new dress selector tool and then create an outfit.  To use the tool, you simply answer a few short questions on your body type, tastes and requirements.  It will then give you an idea of which dresses would best suit your shape and would be most suitable for your event!   The result for my pear shape was a-line dresses (how did it know this is my preferred style?!) and for my occasion I selected ‘garden party’.  I picked this simple…

I’ve had so many things to blog about and I just hadn’t got round to sitting down on my laptop, but I will try to catch up again from now on! So I have been meaning to show you this gorgeous Lucy dress from one of my favourite brands Emily…

What I love about the brand is their family story and that they manufacture all of their dresses in London. They fully believe in supporting British businesses and workers whilst producing excellent quality garments.    Flamingo Tea Dress from Lady V London   This flamingo tea dress has the most adorable vivid pink print and a 1950’s style flared skirt as well as a fitted bodice.  I found that the…
