I love beautiful yet simple jewellery, and it’s always got to be sterling silver for me. I’m not such a fan of gold personally, but I just love a nice silver pendant charm necklace, and I’ve recently been introduced to a UK brand called MURU. The brand is known for its quirky sterling silver, gold and rose gold designs. Their Talisman range is a beautiful collection of pendants, bracelets and earrings with special meanings. I was offered this stunning piece from Lulu Winter, and I have been wearing it since the day it landed on my door step three weeks ago!…

I’ve recently been asked to take part in a new competition ran by John Lewis Insurance called What Matters Most. They’re asking people to submit an image of a treasured possession or family heirloom via the website, and then in six words describe why it matters to them. The prize is £500 of John Lewis vouchers, and the competition runs from the 12th-25th of March (launching today!). You can also then share your entry on Twitter using the hashtag #whatmattersmost. If I won the competition I’d definitely be finally treating myself to a lovely new pastel coloured KitchenAid! Click here…

I love classic, simple items of jewellery, especially as a special gift. I’ve also always thought that personalised gifts are always extra special and show a lot of thought has gone into it. This perfect little personalised bracelet from Treat Republic is my favourite new piece of jewellery. I received this just before Christmas to review, and I’m absolutely in love with it. I only tend to wear silver coloured jewellery, and I also really like beautiful pearls. The bracelet is engraved with my initials on a large silver coloured heart charm. It’s so, so pretty! I love wearing it,…

I’ve always worn rings on my fingers for as long as I can remember. When I was at middle and upper school I was forever being told off for wearing a ring or two as it wasn’t ‘uniform code’. I remember in fact my tutor confiscated my favourite ring from me once and told me to collect it at the end of the day. When I went to get it from him, he had lost it, and I will never forget how upset and annoyed I was! Anyway… I love to wear simple rings and jewellery in general, and I’ve…

Evening 🙂 I am completely exhausted so here is just a short post for tonight. I feel like I haven’t had a weekend at all because I’ve been working preparing for this cake sale tomorrow eughhh which has just sucked all the life out of me. If I don’t see many cakes I am going to be pissed off. Anyway, I just wanted to show you my kitty nail art and new cat watch! The watch is from New Look. It was £9.99 but was also on Buy One Get One Free so Tereza got one too, and with her…

I popped into Accessorize this week as they still had their sale signs up, which had been increased by up to 50% off to up to 70% off! Well, I found a couple of lovely little bargains that we’re better than 70% off, and more like 98% off. Yep, no lie! At my local Accessorize (Bedford) they had the regular sale items, with 50-70% off, and then they also had a few piles of bits and pieces in little plastic bags. These bags were only 20p each. Most of them contained broken jewellery, only 1 earring, and other odds and…
