Last month we went on a little romantic break to The Cotswolds which is one of my favourite places in the whole world! There are so many quintessentially English little tea rooms and country pubs – I just love it! It’s the perfect place to go for a nice little weekend away. In one of the towns we visited called Stow-on-the-Wold, we popped into a lovely antique shop called Tara Antique Centre on the market square. I love browsing antique shops and looking at all the old interior accessories and vintage decorative furnishings and dreaming about how I could make…

Moving out of my parents house for the first time was a big step for me but I’m proud of how well I’ve managed. If anything, life is much simpler! And quieter.. I love how peaceful my new home is despite it being in a more central location and my parents house was in a sleepy village. I’ve already shared with you my bedroom and kitchen room tours, so this is the dining room edition! I say dining room, it’s not actually a separate room, more of a dining ‘area’ on one side of the living room next to the…

So it’s been over a year since I moved into my own place after living at home for 26 years! I wanted them to be pretty and sparkly! I had an idea in my mind that I wanted them to be inspired by Peggy Porschen’s pretty pastel style, so that was what I aimed to achieve, and this is the outcome! Read on to find out how to paint pumpkins for Halloween… There are so many different ways to decorate pumpkins but I decided to paint mine; so…

I’ve already shown you around most of my home and in my last home blog post I shared all of the before and after photos of my flat since I bought and redecorated it. Now I’ve finally got round to taking some photos of the bathroom, so here’s a room tour of my little bathroom! It was probably the room that required the most work doing to it as when I moved in it was in need of a good freshen up, so that’s why I haven’t shared many photos of it yet! We started the mini makeover by cleaning…
