I mentioned in my last carboot sale post in June that I was waiting for my local one to be relocated to a better field. It was finally moved to the big field in June, and so I held a carboot sale stall of my own. I made a crazy amount of money, almost £200 from selling my old stuff. It was mostly shoes, clothes, and some make up, sold for 50p or £1 each. I sold a lot of stuff and I was really pleased with my earnings for the day! The weather was reasonable, it started off sunny but then the rain arrived at about 12pm so we packed up and left! You can check out my past carboot sale hauls here.
Anyway, I also made a few bargain purchases on my latest carboot sale visits…
I’m in love with this, which I’ve been wearing as a kimono, but it’s actually a plus size sheer blouse. I bought it for only 50p and it’s perfect for throwing on over plain outfits. I really love the loose fit and lovely floral print.
This all-in-one top is originally from Topshop and was also 50p. I think it will look nice in winter with a skater skirt!
I already have one of these cute little ceramic birdies which I bought from Wilko a few years back. But I saw another for only 50p so now I have a pair of lovebirds!
I always seem to find Soap and Glory items for sale at carboot sales. I’ll only buy them if they’re new/full and one lady had loads of new stuff for only £1.50 each! I resisted and just bought the body butter and body scrub, and also a body wash from someone else for only 50p.
I couldn’t resist this cute handpainted floral plate for 50p! I love the turquoise colour around the edge. Will be lovely to put cakes on!
These wooden Sass & Belle coat hooks were new with tags for only £1 each (RRP £9 each)! I love the pretty colours and pattern on the hearts, I just need to find a place to put them now!
These little No. 7 bottles of eye make up remover and cleanser were only 50p each, great for taking on travels!
These Models Own glitter nail polishes were still wrapped in the clear cellophane, and were only £1 each! Love the red shade.
And finally, although not from the carboot sale, I bought this amazing floral trio tea set from the charity shop for only £6! It’s 18 pieces, so six trio sets, and it’s in immaculate condition! Perfect for tea parties!
