I’ve been on a few mini trips to the shops lately trying to get prepared for Christmas, and I’ve picked up a few random bits for myself along the way! Today I went to London with my 8 year old niece; we went to Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park! But I’ve been soooo ill the last few days so we didn’t spend long in London. I’ve had some kind of stomach bug and now I’ve just got a full on nasty cold! Hope I’m better by Christmas! So here’s what I’ve bought lately 🙂

I bought a vintage set of two tea cups with saucers and cake plates from a charity shop. It was only £3 for the set of 2, and they’re such a pretty design! I love it when tea cups come with a cake plate! Trios are so gorgeous and useful. I love the pink and yellow rose pattern and frilled gold edges.
This pretty tea towel was only £1.20 from Primark! The new MK Primark is open.. woo hoo!
I bought myself a diary as I never use one normally but I think I should start! This one was only 89p from Home Bargains 🙂
I bought this cute chicken pattern PVC table cloth from Dunelm for only £5! It’s cute 🙂 It’s so that I don’t get the dining room table all sticky with my icing haha
A pink cake pan! :O £5 again from Dunelm
I bought this glass table protector to cut my icing shapes out on 🙂 £4 from Dunelm
This calendar is soooo pretty! It was only £2.99 from TK Maxx and it’s just got the most gorgeous images on it! Tea cups, cake stands, birdies, everything cute! It’s lovely and I can’t wait to cut it up at the end of 2013 haha 🙂
I love these vintage Kelloggs cereal bowls. You may actually think they’re real retro, but they’re not! They were £1 each from Poundland.. wow! Such cute colours too and real heavy glass.
I also bought these festive ribbons from Dunelm for Christmassy decorations but I’m too ill I don’t think I will have time to make any now 🙁
I hope you enjoyed seeing what I’ve bought! 🙂

The cups and saucers you found are gorgeous, such a good find – really good price too :). I've been on the look of for some really pretty ones for a while but I've not found any I really like yet. I managed to pick up a nice teapot the otherday though 🙂

I wish I could shop via your blog posts! I have a similar cupcake glass table protector and it looks so much nicer than an average chopping board. I've been keeping an eye out for some pretty gold rimmed tea cups to make tea cup candles with xx
