This week I decided to steer a little but out of my cakey comfort zone and I decided to try a tray bake, so I made brownies! I love brownies, but I always imagined that they would be hard to make at home and it must be difficult to get the flakey outside and gooey inside textures correct. However, I followed a really simple recipe from the BBC Good Food website, and made a couple of changes and they came out perfect! I added some big white chocolate chunk pieces, and used a combination of both dark and milk chocolate. They tasted so good!
