I haven’t bought much in the way of clothing lately from carboot sales, but I sometimes find the odd nice thing. The disappointing bit is finding something you really love and then getting home to find that it doesn’t fit you and never will. This happens sometimes and makes me sad, and this was certainly the case with this beautiful mint green Zara blouse with a lace overlay.
I bought this from the carboot sale for only £1 and it’s size medium which I thought would fit. But it’s sooo tight on me! Unfortunately I had to sell it on (it made a profit mind) but I really do love it and wish it could have fit me! Never mind.
This H&M mint green sleeveless cotton blouse was also £1 from the same girl. I already have this blouse but I bought this one because it’s two sizes larger so I can wear it as a really loose dress as it’s nice and long and comfortable.
These mint green and pastel pink floral print shorts are by F&F at Tescos and they were only 50p and thought they might be nice for holidays!

These two bikinis were only 50p each. A woman had a load of Tesco & Asda bikinis which she said were brand new (they look brand new) and she was selling each set for 50p. These ones were the only full sets in my size, but she had other odd tops and bottoms but they didn’t match to make a set from. I always wonder where people get these types of things from?! Do they work there and steal from the stock rooms or what?! Either way, I bought these and am quite happy with them, although I have so many bikinis I’m not sure I will ever wear them.
This green Topshop Peter Pan collar dress was only £2. I really love it, but unfortunately the sleeves are too long for me so I will probably resell it! I love the green colour though so it’s such a shame.
I picked up this genuine vintage floral dress for only £1. I’m not sure whether to make it into a more up to date dress with a shorter hemline and lower neckline, or whether to turn it into a short swing skirt! What do you think I should do? I love the swishy fabric!
This cute black sheer floral blouse was only £1 and I thought it would be good for work for when the summer finally kicks in!
This cute ditsy print long sleeved PJ top was only 50p
I really love this brand new Dorothy Perkins top which was only 50p. It fits me really nicely but I don’t think it’s suits me at all, there’s ‘too much’ detail! I will probably resell this too.
And that’s it for clothing! Have you picked up any fashion carboot bargains recently?
Great buys, i love that Zara shirt, shame it didnt work!

Ooh you got some lovely bits. I managed to get my hands on a brand new top shop fur coat for £8 recently.
I love my fur coats. I spent years searching the high street for one and now have 3. The other 2 I found in charity shops. One was even 60s vintage and I only paid £10!! Xx
These are some great bargains!
I especially love the Topshop Peter Pan collar dress!
It's gorgeous! If you decide to sell items, where do you sell them? 🙂 x
Great finds!
The zara shirt is so lovely, what a shame! The dark green top is my fave! X

I must get myself along to some carboot sales already! You've picked up such good pieces!
Amy| The Little Koala Blog BLOG SALE NOW ON! ♥
You have some great finds there.
Personally I would either shorten the sleeves on the green peter pan collared dress or maybe add some elastic around the wrists so it just kind of billows. Probably doesnt even make sense lol.
And as for the floral vintage dress, I think you should just update it a little. Its such a cute dress it just needs a little tlc.
I love these kinds of posts 🙂 The Dorothy Perkins top is so pretty! xx

Love your finds – total bargains 😉
Great buys! I absolutely love the vintage dress but I think you should definitely update it as a dress rather than a skirt, as I love the vintage feel to the top part! xx

You could take up the sleeves on that green dress to make it more up to date- 3/4 length sleeves would look great! 🙂 x
Too bad that first top didn't fit but it looks like you found some awesome pieces anyway!
