I never ever usually wear jeans, so this is a rare outfit post for you. But it’s a new year so I thought I’d give a new look a try. I don’t tend to wear jeans because they’re not really very comfortable, and I have pretty chunky limbs so I don’t find them too flattering. But ho hum.. here’s me in a pair of jeans! I wasn’t sure I’d post these photos but they’re not actually as bad as I thought.
I absolutely love this top, which is from Asian online store Mart of China, and only £9. I also rarely wear pink, but I really like this dusky shade, and the pretty beading embelishment around the neckline is my kind of thing. It’s also available in white. Another Asian bargain item is my new cream coloured cardigan from 6KS, which I was so impressed with when it arrived! I was worried the quality may not be great, or it might be an odd fit, but it’s actually perfect and exactly what I wanted. It’s a little bit more pricey, at about £18, but it’s really thick and warm and really cosy.
And the final part of my outfit is my new Shoebou boots, which I’ve recently become obsessed with and wear them much more than I imagined I would. They’re over the knee style and have a flat sole, as I like a nice comfy boot. I think these look best with jeans but I’ve also been wearing them with skirts and tights. I love their luxurious faux suede feel and although they have a zip at the ankle, I manage to pull them on, despite my wide calves. They’re a steal at only £27.00 too!
