Last month we were invited to spend the night at The Marlborough Arms Hotel in one of our favourite towns; Woodstock in Oxfordshire. We visited Woodstock for the first time last year and we absolutely loved the quaint little town so we were excited to be going back! We were very warmly welcomed upon arriving at the hotel, which has its own car park which is always handy when staying in a central location. The Marlborough Arms is a beautiful 15th Century coaching inn that overlooks the town’s historical streets. The room we were given was The Churchill Room which…

We got the train from Milton Keynes directly into Chester, which took less than an hour and a half! It was so easy and amazingly quick and no need to change trains. I was very excited to stay in Chester as I’d visited briefly a couple of times when I was younger…

The popular restaurant was located in a small, slightly old fashioned premises on the high street – it wasn’t the most glamorous place for dinner but it was always busy! Moza Newport Pagnell has now recently reopened in a much grander building that used to be the HSBC bank just across the road, and the place has been given a full renovation and refurbishment. Moza Newport Pagnell The new restaurant is very tastefully decorated and it oozes…
