Fathers Day is just around the corner, and if you’re still looking for something for your special Dad, take a look at my gift ideas….
I always love buying man presents, especially toiletries and grooming bits. I like admiring really ‘manly’ things like this Ted Baker leather manicure kit for men. The set comes with five different tools to help keep hands and feet groomed, including nail scissors, clippers, tweezers, a nail file, and a cuticle pusher. I love the little brown leather effect case it comes in, it’s pretty neat!
A Pint of Thanks
I love this idea! Filling up a pint glass with miniature goodies as a ‘pint of thanks’ is a really sweet gift idea for Fathers Day. This one has some mini toiletries in it, as well as a keyring and some sweet treats. There’s lots of little things you could add to it, a bit like a mini Christmas stocking! Also, a big Toblerone bar is always a winner, obviously.
Dad Love Socks
Perhaps the idea of giving your Dad socks for Fathers Day (and Christmas.. and birthdays…) is a little bit cliche and boring, but what Dad doesn’t need socks?! If your Dad is anything like mine, he gets through them quickly and they soon end up threadbare and holey. Socks don’t have to be boring either, you can get plenty of fun designed socks and even designer and branded socks. Your Dad need never have chilly tootsies again!
Dads sometimes needs a little bit of help style-wise, and buying a stylish but simple staple item of clothing is always a winner for Fathers Day. Something easy to style with jeans such as a t-shirt or polo top is a great gift for any Dad, whether fashion-savvy or not!
This designer Lyle and Scott top is perfect for my Dad who prefers to wear plain tops, but this one has a little bit of detail to it with a pouch pocket and eagle logo badge. I’ve given it to him early so that he can wear it on holiday!
