MUA Lashes, Shadow Liner, & Lip Boom Review.. ♥

As well as the beauty balm foundation, MUA also sent me a few other goodies to show you. Here I’ve got a 3 in 1 extreme contour liner, glam false eyelashes, and a lip boom.

These are the ‘Glam’ false eyelashes. They also do four other styles, some more natural looking and some more dramatic. They are thick lashes with both long and short eyelashes, slightly criss-crossed. They look very volumous and thick, and the edge is quite thin which I find makes it easier to apply and blend them into your natural lashes. The set also comes with some eyelash adhesive glue. All MUA eyelashes retail for only £2 per set.
The 3 in 1 contour pen is great for defining your eyes. The angle of the nib allows you to create different looks. The 3 looks are: big and bold, soft and sulty, or defined eyes. The pen is soft and very easy to blend and smudge for a smokey eyed effect. They come in 8 different shades; black, dark brown, auburn, gunmetal grey, mint green, sage, sea blue, and smoked plum. The plum one looks a gorgeous purple colour, and the sea blue looks so bold! The shade I got was auburn which is a bronzey brown colour. These are only £1.50 each, so you can afford to collect a few!

The last product I got is the MUA Lip Boom. The Lip Boom was created with Alexandra Burke, and it has a lipstick on one end and a highlighting gloss on the other. They create the look of fuller lips, and you can use them alone or all together. It comes in 8 different shades, and I received it in shade ‘Doin Good’.

Karla Powell, Make Up Academy Make Up Artist suggests applying the highlighter on top of the cupids bow for a fuller top lip, or applying in the centre of both lips for a plumped out full lip look.

Doin Good comes with a gold shimmery lipgloss, and a peachy coloured lipstick. You can wear the lipstick alone for a matte look, or add the highlighter on top to make it glossy. Or you could just wear the highlighter, for a sheer pearly finish.

These retail for only £3 each, and they come in a range of colours to suit you. The red ‘Bring It’ shade looks amazing.
You can buy these MUA products, and many more, from Superdrug or from their website.
