So after having a majorly shit time recently for a variety of reasons all relating to one tiny human being, I’m finally deciding to forget about it as it is certainly not even worth my time worrying about anymore! So.. back to being me and being happy 🙂 I’ve spent the day doing things that cheer me up and surrounding myself in good stuff rather than bad. Here’s what I’ve been up to, despite being at work!
| New undies – no better way to start your day than feeling good in something that makes you feel happy! Nothing feels good about putting on manky old mismatching panties. Immediate happiness boost and even better if you feel confident about your body. Dont let anyone put you down about how you look. Feel good in what you are. |
| Finally finished this recently. A carboot sale buy that I have revamped from an old dark wood recipe box into a cute little trinket 🙂 Get creative. |
| My new outfit! New shoes, bag and playsuit from good old Primark. An extra boost knowing that the whole outfit cost less than £20! |
| Winter time – keeping warm in fleecey PJ’s and knitted slipper booties 😛 |
| Snuggling up in bed in my massive dressing gown. Bliss! |
| And of course.. a spot of cake! |
On the note of cake… at the weekend I’m going to Stratford upon Avon and visiting a lovely hotel to go for afternoon tea. I hope the weathers nice so I can take some nice photos! 🙂
So the main point of todays post is: if you are ever feeling down about something… try to forget about it, remove it from your life, and then surround yourself in the things that you love and that make you smile 🙂 And always look forward to the future.
Love this post! Your day sounds like it's been lush! I love Stratford.
