I was contacted last week by Traffic People and asked if I would like to review a product for them. They are a fashion label that are inspired by the past, but their designs are contemporary and on trend. This year, Traffic People designs are more feminine than ever, with a hint of that retro glamour that has always been the brand’s signature look. They have three fashion boutiques in London and Bath, as well as an online store.
As a lover of retro, feminine glamour, I was excited to look through their clothing range. Their new Autumn/Winter collection is right on trend, and I picked the Dots & Flowers Tux Mini Dress. It arrived super quickly! The dress is made from 100% silk, with a beautiful winter berry print. It also has short puff sleeves a with frill, and spotty silk paneling on front. As the dress is quite sheer, it’s also lined with 100% cotton. The dress sells for £75, and it also comes in green. It’s quite short, but it looks great with black tights for an evening meal out. I wore it with a skinny black belt to define my waist too.
