This blog post is a little bit photo heavy but I am really enjoying taking photographs at the moment! So I wanted to share some of these photos with you 🙂 I’ve post about the town of Ely a few times before as I like to visit it with my parents. It’s a smallish town in Cambridgeshire and there’s not much there, but there’s so much charm to it. It has a beautiful big cathedral and pretty buildings.
It also has an amazing, huge, three story antiques shop next to the river. I went there at the weekend with my parents and I took some lovely photos of the cathedral covered in snow, and we had lunch at our favourite pub The Lamb where I had a delicious burger and choclate cake! We had a really nice day and I will probably go again in summer, there’s lots of charity and second hand shops there to browse and I always find a bargain! I shall show you what I bought in a post coming up soon!
Whats your favourite town to visit for a day out? I also love Stratford upon Avon!

Ely is very close to my home town – I always go to the antiques shop when im back. I some lovely vintage leather gloves in there a few years ago. Love the pretty snowy pictures of the town!
