Ely OOTD & New Knee High Wedge Boots ♥

I love wearing boots in cold weather, but I usually stick to ankle boots. I don’t know why, but I always thought knee length boots would just look silly on me. I see them on loads of girls and always think they look amazing, but I just couldn’t picture myself in a pair. But when I was offered a bargain pair to try from much loved Asian store Mart of China, I picked these ones. They are black suede effect and have a couple of little buckles on the sides. I was actually planning on cutting these off when they arrived as I prefer my clothing plain, but actually they’re not so bad!

They have a perfect little wedge heel that is rubbery so it’s nice to walk on! The heel is the perfect height for me as I hate walking in towering heels! But they’re more glam than a pair of flats. I wore them for a whole day out walking around Ely, and I had no problems with them. They were really comfy, and although I took a spare pair of Ugg boots out with me just in case, I didn’t need them and these lasted a whole day no problems!

I was also worried when I picked them that my calves would be too fat. Especially since they’re Asian! Chinese girls probably have tiny little legs so thought I wouldn’t get my leg mass in them. But (with a bit of effort admittedly) I managed to get them on and they didn’t cut off my blood circulation! Yay! Also they didn’t slip down either, which is a bonus. Overall they’re just a lush pair of boots and I love them! Oh also.. they have a mega warm inside it’s line with faux sheepskin fluff! Perfect winter booties! They were for sale for only £10 but looks like they’re now out of stock, but they have lots of other lovely knee high boots too!
