Polka Dot Office OOTD ♥

I don’t often show you what I wear to work because I never have time to take photo’s in the morning and I’m exhausted by the time I get home! But I thought I’d show you this one as I like it a lot 🙂 I wore this to work at my office job a couple of weeks ago when it was boiling hot and horribly sticky! Our office has no air con.. how horrendous is that!

The blouse was sent to me by Jamy, a Hong Kong online fashion shop. It’s lovely and sheer, but I did have to wear a nude crop top underneath, as I don’t think my colleagues really wanted to see underneath. It’s one size, but it’s really loose fitting. I tucked it into my skirt, which was actually a pinafore dress from New Look, but I cut the bib bit off successfully. I thought it’s quite a cute little outfit 🙂 I really like the collar on the top, and the pleated front.

I didn’t actually wear the shoes to the office, I wore flats, but these are new so I wanted to try them on! The shoes were sent to me by Lovely Wholesale, another Asian retailer, which are an absolute bargain! They’re approximately only £8, but then with postage added on top they’re about £18 in total, but still cheaper than the UK high street! They’re exactly what I was looking for, basic black wedge shoes to wear on nights out, and what makes them perfect is that they come with ankle straps so they can’t fall off! I wore them for my birthday night out and they weren’t at all uncomfortable. These photos aren’t great as I was pretty tired from work and my make up is a little worn off.. but don’t look at my face!
