I had a work night out on Friday evening and a few of us from the office went into town for a few drinks. We started early at about half nine and I managed to stay out right until closing time! Which is rare for me as I’m usually so tired by the end of the night. I’m not a big drinker but the rounds were coming in and I ended up having a really good night! Crazy dancing, cocktails, and lots of lols.
I wasn’t sure what to wear, I hate picking ‘night out’ outfits as I never know what kind of thing people wear to go out?! I’ve so many day dresses but not very many pretty party dresses. Anyway, after an Instagram debate I went for this black and white aztec midi dress by Vero Moda from ASOS (now only £8.50!). I’m not the most slender of girls for a skin tight dress but I liked it and needed an occasion to wear it! And anyway it was perfectly comfortable and I just wore it with black wedges and a black sequin clutch.

That's a really lovely dress. I'm quite small – just under 5 ft, and I'm not sure if this length would suit me. I think I may order one and give it a try.
