Going out for a tasty afternoon tea in a cute little tea room or glamorous hotel is one of my favourite pastimes. But most places charge at least £20 each (or in excess of £30 each in London!), so it can add up to be a slightly expensive experience. However I am a big fan of throwing my own afternoon tea parties at home. Last month I invited a few of my friends over for another one of my tea parties! This one was a little bit different though, as I decided to have a tropical themed tea party to celebrate summer and the amazing heatwave that we were experiencing! The large balcony doors let in lots of sunshine and I love snuggling up on our cosy sofa. I’ve been in my flat for over three months now and I’m all settled in and loving having my own place. I thought it would be…
