Here are a couple more of my most recent bakes 🙂 I made the cupcakes at the same time as my Christmas cupcakes (which I won a cake decorating competition for by the way!). I decorated them using a mixture of fondant topped and buttercream. I also tried out my lettering cutters which are so hard to use! But I managed to use my new heart mould and leaf cutters just fine 🙂 I gave these ones a romantic theme as they were in heart cases; perfect for anniversaries or Valentines!
Also, I just wanted to say that I’m pleased to have been awarded 5 stars for my kitchens food hygiene by the council! I’ve been given a certificate too hehe 🙂 You can like my cake page on FB here.
In keeping with the romance theme, I also tested out my heart shaped cake tin which I bought about a year ago from TK Maxx for £2.99! It’s 8 inches so it’s quite large and you can get about 14 slices out of it. I just made a simple Victoria Sponge in it with strawberry jam. It was super yummy!

Lovely cake and pictures, that is wierd though that they inspected you which i know that they should do, but when i told the council i wanted to register as a food business, they did it but never expected me, and said that i did not need to be expected as it was not high risk food, which i thought was odd, maybe i just talked to someone who did not know what what they were doing
