New Bargain Home Purchases – Spending my Dunelm Voucher ♥

I mentioned a week or two ago about how I was thrilled to have won a £100 voucher to spend at Dunelm Mill! You may think.. ‘that’s so uncool, Dunelm is a granny shop’. Well let me inform you, it’s not! It’s super stylish, and my local store has actually just been refurbished and is now two floors of pretty homely products! They had so much nice stuff, although I couldn’t buy some stuff because I just have nowhere to put it! I love shopping with a gift card, it’s like being on Supermarket Sweep or something; just grab everything you want and checkout for free! 

Anyway here’s what I’ve bought so far, only spending £40 of my voucher!

This wooden block Home word sign was only £4.99, it has such a pretty pattern!

This lovely, snuggly fleece throw was reduced from £7 to only £3.49! I couldn’t believe it, it’s gorgeous! It’s a lovely duck egg blue colour, and it says Home Sweet Home on it 🙂 It’s so lovely! It was all nicely wrapped up in ribbon, I should have got one to use as a Christmas gift!

This is probably my favourite item, and the cheapest! This stunning cushion was only £2.49!! Honestly I have no idea why, it was in a giant basket in the middle of an aisle and all the cushions were reduced from £7. This cushion is so me! It matches my bed covers perfectly.. kind of creepy! I love floral, I love bunting, I love cushions!! I actually bought a second of this to give as a Christmas gift 🙂 It doesn’t look like it costs two quid.

I bought this bed cover set, but I’m not sure whether to keep it or return it. It looked lovely laid out on display, and on the back of the packaging. However, the florals look really grannyish and not contemporary, so I’m not sure it will suit my bedroom! It was £19.99 for a double.

A simple but very practical item, I bought this desk lamp too. I couldn’t resist this! I actually wanted to just buy a bulb for my old uni silver officey desk lamp, but when I saw this, I was so besotted. I never knew pretty, girly lamps existed! It’s amazingly pretty, in a lovely pastel shade and with cute scalloped detail. Best of all, it was only £7.. woo hoo! It perfectly matches my bedroom too.

Also got a few baking bits lately, these weren’t from Dunelm. I bought the Christmassy plunger cutters for cake decorating from eBay for a quid each, and these pretty floral cupcake cakes from Lakeland for £3.49 for 100.
