Here’s a little outfit I put together with a little bit of a Valentines Day theme. I tried to do my make up classical as possible with a bold red lip, pale complexion, rosey cheeks, and big doe eyes. My lovely bunch of Inter flora roses lasted over a week so decided to feature them again for this little shoot! I don’t think I’ve ever worn a black dress for my blog photos. I don’t think I even own another black dress. I’m not sure why, but I always prefer to stick to colour. So here’s my outfit with my first LBD!
The black pleated dress is from Mart of China, and if made of a lovely thick black material. It has long sleeves, which are made of a mesh type fabric with polka dots on. The dress also came with the cute tan belt with rose buckles. I finished the outfit off with some heart printed tights and my vintage cameo brooch. The tan wedge boots I’m wearing are my lovely ones from Barratts that I received last year. I really like this dress because of the simple style and shape, the pleated skirt gives the dress such a cute twist. Excuse my cheesiness in these photos!
Dress & Belt: Mart of China | Tights: Primark | Brooch: Vintage

Oh wow, I think I'm in love! The sleeves are gorgeous on it, it looks much more 'complete' than if it was sleeveless!
