Yesterday when trying to plan my diary I had a mini panic attack realising how close Christmas was! I completely didn’t realise it’s now only two weeks away and I’ve been feeling totally unprepared! There always seems to be so much to do! Meeting up with people, parties, dinners, shopping, baking, wrapping.. its never ending! Luckily the Christmas home decor is my favourite part and I had a helping hand this year from the lovely people at Dunelm. Dunelm is one of my favourite stores for homewares and they have so many gorgeous things over the festive season! I was…

Happy November! Sorry for my absence, I’m aware I’ve not posted in well over a week (oops) which I’ve never done before. But I’ve been super busy lately, including finally landing a nice new job! It’s similar to what I do already except for a totally different company and I will save 30 miles and over an hour a day in traveling. I was recently asked to take part in a really exciting competition ran by Direct Blinds called ‘Renovation Sensation‘. To enter, I needed to buy an item of furniture to restore or renovate into something special. All the finished items will then be judged by TV and magazine interior stylist Pippa Jameson, and the winner will receive a £300 voucher to spend at Not on the High Street.    So one sunny weekend I head to an old antique shop near to Spalding with my boyfriend, they had some gorgeous antique jewellery and vintage furniture. I struggled to find something…
