Kirstie Allsopp Vintage Home Kitchen Accessories ♥

Is anyone else here obsessed with watching Kirsties Vintage Home? I really enjoy watching it and picking up some great ideas and tips on how to transform any room into a chic vintage style interior. Kirstie Allsopp has also designed and created a range of homeware accessories, and I previously showed you the amazingly gorgeous cushions I have with cute appliqued designs. I was also kindly sent a couple of items from her kitchen range, with the gorgeous Savannah Coral print from Palmers Department Store

The chic Savannah Coral pattern consists of green chickens and pink and blue chicks, with a mix of leaves and roses. The birds are displayed over a leaf print background in subtle tones of stone and cream. I have the oven mitt and set of tea towels, but the design is also available in oven glove, apron, tea cosy, door stop, bag, and table cloth. I love the design on these, especially the dainty little pink roses! They would look perfect in a country style kitchen.

The oven mitt is of course perfect to keep your hands protected when moving hot pots, tins and pans in style. It is made of 100% cotton with a strong padding, and you can hang up the mitt with the hanging loop to show off the gorgeous print. The tea towels come in a pack of two, and these kitchen essentials are sure to brighten up the dreary job of drying up! Each of the tea towels displays a different design – the first is the pretty pastel pattern featuring chickens, and the other shows the leaf print. This set can create a homely country kitchen style, and has many pieces to collect. I love these two from the collection that I have and they will be a wonderful help when it comes to my cake baking!
Here are some lovely photos of the collection (photo credit: Palmers)

Oh I love this! I have a retro 50's diner theme in my kitchen at the moment but want to change it to shabby chic-esq in the Spring. I'll definitely look into purchasing some of the Savannah range as it fits what I want perfectly!

    Thanks for the heads up!

I love Kirstie's Vintage home too! 🙂 Really enjoyed the Christmas ones too – I think they were a repeat from last year, but I'd not seen them before :). I love all these kitchen accessories and would love them in my kitchen however whilst I'm at Uni I'm a bit cautious of buying things I love in case they get ruined – when you're sharing a kitchen your things always get moved or used! When I get my own place though it's definitely going to be filled with lovely stuff like this 🙂
