One of the local Ember Inns pubs in Milton Keynes has recently undergone a fresh new refurbishment and I was kindly invited to try them out.  I frequently pass the Ship Ashore pub in Willen as it is just over the road from my office, but I’d never actually tried it out before. Last weekend I was invited to try out the new summer menu at Browns Brasserie & Bar in Milton Keynes, and I took both of my parents along with me (they deserve a treat once in a while!). We went on a Saturday afternoon, and when we arrived we were shown to our table at the back of the restaurant.
