Review: B Bakery London Afternoon Tea Bus Tour

The B Bakery London bus drove started off at The London Eye and then drove past major landmarks Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament, Marble Arch, Kensington etc. It was really lovely to be able to see London so easily without having to walk around everywhere, although it was quite tricky to get good photos whilst the bus was moving. Although I think the vintage bus and the afternoon tea theme works really well together!

The afternoon tea consisted of savoury bites: finger sandwiches, mini chicken baps, cheese and mushroom quiches, and little salmon and cream cheese crackers (these were delicious!). There was then a mound of sweet things and pastries to enjoy including cream puffs, cupcakes, macaroons, lemon meringues, and fruity custard tarts. I was starting to get pretty full by the point, however then they brought around plates of scones with mini jars of strawberry jam and clotted cream. My belly was ready to burst! Luckily I didn’t suffer from any indigestion, but I did feel a little bit sick eating whilst on a moving vehicle.

We were also offered hot drinks which were served in their cute little customised plastic tumbler cups with rubber lids (to stop spillages!). I enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate and they also gave us little bottles of fresh orange juice or water too, which was very welcome on a warm day.

Overall it was a really lovely expereince and I enjoyed getting to meet new bloggers for such a fun day out in London! It’s definitely a fun experience, and as a frequent afternoon tea gobbler, I have to say this was actually really high quality and delicious. Thank you Rennie!
